One star Michelin chef Sebastien Sanjou from Le relais des Moines gathered his best producers to offer a unique experience to the guests for that evening. As a buffet alternative, each producer has its own stand where guests would stroll around to find local French cheeses, sea food and fish stall, chicken fresh from the rotisserie, ice cream trolley and tarte Tropezienne, fresh local vegetables, all type of French breads without forgetting wines from a local vineyard...
